The salesman I dealt with at York went above and beyond my expectations. Steven put forth a sincere effort to accommodate my needs in a vehicle that also was within my budget rather than just try to sell me a car. He made me feel like I was truly a valued customer and has continued to give exemplary customer service in every interaction I’ve had with him since. In fact everyone I’ve interacted with at York has operated at a higher level of sincerity and respect than I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership.

Alex was super friendly and helpful on adding upgrades super quickly that we were hoping for including the leather seats and the trailer package. I’ve waited my lifetime for this perfect truck. The online paperwork was an easy to process and they even delivered to us. I couldn’t be more pleased with this dealership.

It had been a while since my Chevy Cruze had been to a dealership, so I needed oil change and a tire sensor needed attention. All was done, all systems checked. She was treated like the queen she is! For less money than her last simple oil change.

We saw the car that we wanted on the website. We talked to Rick on Tuesday. We did the finance part on line and was in the car on Thursday afternoon. This seriously was the easiest hassle- free car buying experience I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Rick Wright to everyone.
So I came in to look at a car told it should fit my price points etc , it did not so instead it was a Buick encore i was showed next. Wasn't too thrilled about it after being shown other cars, but the sales man said they could get my old ring out of my car I saw fall down in the counsel. they were so sweet.
