I’m picky. My salesman, Josh showed me the closest thing he had that asked for but he didn’t have the right one. So he found it for me and got it in less than a week. It was waiting for me on a Saturday, my day off work. What t I bought is exactly what I came to York to buy. The finance guy, Rick help me get the financing I needed. Her name is Cherish, she processed my out the door with very clear instructions regarding my add ons and financing. Professional business!

York was fantastic. I live in FL but was in Indy at the time. My turbo went out in my 93 Encore. I figured it would be several days before they could get the part and fix it. They got the part the next day and fixed it a few hrs after that. I was so happy. Their service crew was phenominal! Thank you!!
Vehicle was at your dealership on Friday before Labor Day and service department even called me and told me they had the vehicle from Crawfordsville dealership and was going to replace my windshield on Tuesday. I said great as I already had appointment at Crawfordsville for a part that had been on order for couple weeks. Windshield did not get put in on Tuesday as I was told & therefore I didn’t get my part put in at Crawfordsville, I didn’t get my car back until Friday.
York was quick and efficient with my service appointment. The car wash was a great finishing touch!

We purchased a vehicle at what we consider to be a reasonable price. The sales person we worked with was friendly, helpful and worked to try and inform us on features of the car we were not familiar with.
Everything went very well, service was prompt and took care of the recall and good enough to wash the vehicle and let us know when it was done.

This is the second service I have done at York GMC. The service staff are awesome. Bobby was extremely helpful in my latest repair. I got my truck back earlier than expected, it was washed and it was a little less money than the original quote. I just don’t know how it could have been better. I didn’t buy this Sierra at York. But I’ll buy my next on there for sure.
Josh did an excellent job helping me search for a truck. We stayed in contact all the time. Before and after purchase he showed me all the details about the truck. Rick also did an excellent job of helping work through fiance and other issues. They thing went smoothly. Thank you and I will refer Yoke to other friends.
Yorks has always treated us well with service.
Dealership service seems to be extremely high priced sometimes, in fact most times, but that is nothing unique to Yorks. Example: my really old truck needed a new wheel bearing assembly on front left. Yorks service tech found the problem and service writer estimated $600 for the repair. My personal mechanic friend charged me $100 labor and the cost of the part was approx $90. It took him about half an hour to do the work. $190.

I had a nail in a tire and it was time to rotate tires so I asked them to fix the tire with a nail and rotate. They did all that plus washed my Tahoe in about an hour.

The tailgate on my GMC Denali XL would not open - then it suddenly would open while I was driving. I called for an appointment, got in quickly and it was fixed.

I originally called the dealership because a warning message came on saying my oil needed changed and another warning said the engine air filter needed changed. Then the service engine soon light came on. So when I made the appointment I told the lady all the warnings and dash lights that I had seen. To be honest, it was a good experience until Ty tacked on an additional 200.00 dollars on the "out the door" price of the car. It was 300.00 until I bulked and he went down to 200.00 dollars. Other than that, it was local and it was easy.
