Chris was the service agent who assisted me, and he was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the service being performed on my vehicle. I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received and will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to York Buick GMC for future service. They did a super job repairing my bumper on my truck!! It actually looks better than it did when it was new!! They even took the time to vacuum my vehicle and detail the interior. Great service!!

My experience at York Pontiac was very good! My salesperson, Chrisie Walters, was awesome! She went above and beyond with all she did for me. When the sale was complete, she got in my new car with me and explained and showed me all of the features and how to get to them on the screen and told me all features on the steering wheel; she was very thorough! My business at York Chevrolet was a safety recall on airbag replacement. I was treated very well over the phone and at their location. Very professional and polite. Service person explained what was to be done and an approximate time given. The waiting area very comfortable. In a short length of time the task was completed and as an added bonus I was given a free wash. This was my first encounter with York Chevrolet and I was impressed with how well the customer is taken care of. Would not hesitate to return.

I was disappointed in the trip to their service department. I went in for an oil change and to have my clutch looked at. After the multi point inspection and the tech looking at my clutch I was told I needed a replacement clutch pedal for estimate of 3100 dollars and when I got home checked the clutch fluid and it was almost empty seems like should have been found on the inspection and looking into the clutch problem. I have to admit lost my faith in them. Kelly
